方坯连铸机开浇短切头切割吊运优化改进

摘要 本文从开浇采用短切头的背景出发,深入浅出地对开浇短切头切割吊运进行优化改进,分析论证各种切割吊运的优点和缺点,最终优化改进为设计制作开浇短切头自动落入存放槽,停浇后再指挥行车将存放槽内短切头吊走,收到了良好的效果,提升了开浇短切头达标率,降低了钢铁料消耗,节约了生产成本. Based on the application of short crop in casting,this paper optimizes and improves the cutting and lifting of short crop in casting,analyzes and demonstrates the advantages of various cutting and lifting,and finds out their disadvantages.Finally,the optimization and improvement is to design and manufacture the short crop to fall into the storage slot automatically,and then command the crane to lift the short crop away from the storage tank after stopping casting,which has achieved good results.Improve the qualified rate of the casting short crop,reduce the consumption of iron and steel materials,and save the production cost.
