光模块PCB的板边插头尺寸公差控制研究

摘要 随着5G技术的高速发展,用作板件与结构件之间连接桥梁的印制电路板(PCB)板边插头部分,不仅要传输高速数据信号,还要承担引脚功能,因此对板边插头部分的厚度公差和外形公差要求十分严格。该位置外形尺寸偏大或偏小均会导致插头与卡槽线路连接错位,轻则电源引脚与信号引脚错位短路,烧坏板卡及设备,严重的可能引起火灾等不可预估的后果。对如何通过过程控制达到板边插头尺寸公差控制精度要求进行了探究。 With the rapid development of 5G technology,the edge-board contact used for connecting the plate and the structural part not only needs to transmit high-speed data signals,but also undertakes the pin function.Therefore,the thickness tolerance and shape tolerance of the edge-board contact are very strict.The too large or too small size of this position will lead to the misplacement of the connection between the plug and the card slot line.This will further lead to the misplacement of the power supply pin and the signal pin,the short circuit will burn the board and equipment,and even fire and other unpredictable consequences may be caused in serious cases.This paper explores how to achieve the accuracy requirements of dimension tolerance control of edge⁃board contact through process control.
