摘要
以石墨烯、碳纳米管以及双组分环氧胶粘剂等为原料,将石墨烯与碳纳米管按1∶1的比例混合,制备混合物质量分数分别为0.24%、0.48%、0.72%、0.96%、1.45%的GNS+MWCNTs改性环氧胶粘剂。分析不同含量下石墨烯改性环氧胶粘剂(GNS-EP)、多壁碳纳米管改性环氧胶粘剂(MWCNTs-EP)、石墨烯+多壁碳纳米管改性环氧胶粘剂(GNS+MWCNTs-EP)的剪切强度与SEM形貌,确定具有最优配比的GNS+MWCNTs改性环氧胶粘剂,利用其对碳纤维板进行加固粘接。结果表明,当GNS+MWCNTs的质量分数为0.48%时,GNS+MWCNTs改性环氧胶粘剂的剪切强度达最大,温度交变次数对试件力学性能影响较小,试件可承受的最大拉力为85 N,疲劳强度限值为294.5 MPa,经100 h浸泡后,试件全面开胶。
Taking graphene,carbon nanotubes and two-component epoxy adhesives as raw materials,graphene and carbon nanotubes were mixed at a ratio of 1∶1 to prepare GNS+MWCNTs modified epoxy adhesives with mixtures of 0.24%,0.48%,0.72%,0.96%and 1.45%,respectively.The shear strength and SEM morphology of graphene-modiȢfied epoxy adhesives(GNS-EP),multi-walled carbon nanotube-modified epoxy adhesives(MWCNTs-EP),and graphene+multi-walled carbon nanotube-modified epoxy adhesives(GNS+MWCNTs-EP)were analyzed under difȢferent contents,and the GNS+MWCNTs modified epoxy adhesives with optimal ratios were determined,which were used to reinforce and bond carbon fiber plates.The results showed that when the mass fraction of GNS+MWCNTs was 0.48%,the shear strength of GNS+MWCNTs modified epoxy adhesive reached the maximum,the number of temperature alternating changes had little effect on the mechanical properties of the specimen,the maximum tensile force of the specimen was 85 N,the fatigue strength limit was 294.5 MPa,and the specimen was fully opened after 100 h immersion.
