摘要
缝管式锚杆施工工艺简单、效率高,在受爆破振动影响下,具有随着围岩发生变形愈加显著,缝管式锚杆锚固力增大愈加明显的特点,在矿山巷道支护中被广泛使用。为避免缝管式锚杆与岩体一并发生垮塌,影响矿山安全,马坑铁矿基于松动圈支护理论,通过锚杆悬吊理论计算得出合理的缝管式锚杆长度、网度等,最终确定缝管式锚网喷支护技术适用范围,并在马坑铁矿井下巷道得到广泛使用。该缝管式锚网喷支护技术的应用,保证了井下矿山巷道在生产过程中的安全及稳定。
The construction process of slit wedge tubing bolt is simple and efficient.Under the influence of blasting vibration,as the displacement or deformation of the surrounding rocks become more significant,the anchoring force of the slit wedge tubing bolt increases more significantly.The slit wedge tubing bolt is widely used in the support of mine roadway.In order to avoid the collapse of the slit wedge tubing bolt together with the rock mass,which affects the safety of the mine,based on the theory of rock loosing zone support,the reasonable length and mesh size of the slit wedge tubing bolt in Makeng Iron Mine are calculated through the bolt suspension theory.Finally,the application scope of the slit wedge tubing bolt-shotcrete support technology is determined,and it is widely used in the underground roadways of the Mackeng Iron Mine.The application of the slit wedge tubing bolt technology ensures the safety and stability of underground mining roadways during the production process.
