摘要
通过系统研究提出了高掺量环氧改性温拌再生沥青混合料ERAC-20用于G327线替代常规AC-20改性沥青下面层的试验路结构方案,设计了其沥青混合料目标与生产配合比矿料组成比例及级配曲线,确定了最佳油石比、环氧改性材料掺量及70#基质沥青掺量,验证了路用性能满足技术要求,提出了高掺量环氧改性温拌再生沥青下面层施工工艺与关键控制要点,实现了沥青面层回收料(RAP)的高价值、高性能和高掺量利用,其沥青混合料中的铣刨料掺量高达50%和70%,极大节约了沥青、碎石和燃油资源,显著降低了碳排放,具有良好的经济社会和绿色环保效益。
A study was conducted to propose a test road structure scheme for the G 327 National Highway,replacing the conventional AC-20 modified asphalt lower surface layer with a high-dose epoxy-modified warm mix recycled asphalt mixture(ERAC-20).The study involved the design of asphalt mixture targets ratios,production mix ratios,mineral composition ratios,and gradation curves.The optimal asphalt-to-stone ratio,epoxy-modified material dosage,and 70#matrix asphalt dosage were determined.The road performance was validated to meet technical requirements.The study also outlined the construction process,and key control points for the high-dose epoxy-modified warm mix recycled asphalt lower surface layer.This approach achieved the high-value,high-performance,and high-dose utilization of reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP)in asphalt surface layers.The asphalt mixture incorporated milling materials up to 50%and 70%,leading to significant savings in asphalt,crushed stone,and fuel resources.This approach also resulted in a substantial reduction in carbon emissions,demonstrating notable economic,social,and green environmental benefits.
