圆弧抽芯注塑模具优化设计

摘要 基于圆弧抽芯注塑模具,根据塑件结构及材料性能特点,对浇口的位置及结构进行了优化设计,通过CAE模拟分析得到位于填充末端、最大壁厚处的塑件最大变形量为0.739 mm,变形量在设计允许范围内。以油缸作为驱动动力源,通过齿条驱动齿轮、内齿轮旋转,实现抽芯动作;将内齿轮设计为异形非标齿轮,减少了所占空间,实现了1模2腔布局。为解决圆弧型芯冷却水路难以加工的问题,设计的加工工序为先按照直型芯进行粗加工,钻孔加工型芯冷却水路,然后,将型芯加热弯曲为所需形状,并进行调质处理,最后对型芯进行精加工使其满足设计要求,达到了随形冷却效果。传动机构关键参数采用理论计算与CAE模拟分析相结合的法验证,测试结果表明,计算校核效率提高了约4倍。 For the arc core-pulling injection mould,according to the structure and material properties of the plastic parts,the location and structure of the gate are optimized.CAE simulation analysis found that the maximum deformation of the plastic part located at the filling end and the maximum wall thickness was 0.739 mm,which was within the allowable range of the design.The oil-cylinder was used as the driving power source,and the gear and internal gear were driven by the rack to rotate to realize the core-pulling action;The internal gear was designed as special-shaped non-standard gear,which reduced the space occupied and realized the purpose of two-cavity layout.Aiming at the problem that the cooling water path of the arc-core was difficult to be machined,the designed processing procedure was as follows:first rough machining according to the straight core,drilling and processing the cooling water path of the core,then hot bending the core into the required shape,and tempering treatment,and finally finishing the core to the design requirements,so as to achieve the conformal cooling effect.For the key parameters of the transmission mechanism,a combination of theoretical calculation verification and CAE simulation analysis was used for verification.After testing,the calculation verification efficiency was improved by about 4 times.
