全面抗战时期中国共产党的民生观——基于《新华日报》相关社论的分析

Views of the Chinese Communist Party About the People′s Livelihood During the National War of Resistance Based on the Analysis of Relevant Editorials in Xinhua Daily

全面抗战爆发后,战争使民生问题日益严峻。《新华日报》涉及民生问题的一系列社论,反映了中国共产党独特的战时民生观。在对待战时民生的问题上,《新华日报》旗帜鲜明地主张抗战与民生并重。针对不同社会阶层的生计问题,《新华日报》根据社会各阶层的实际困难提出合理改善方案。针对影响民生的物价、失业等突出问题,《新华日报》提出科学有效的解决措施。在中国共产党战时民生观的指导下,根据地的民生建设比较优势明显,其实践也为中国共产党有效开展民众动员、赢得民众的广泛支持产生积极作用。

After the outbreak of the Resistance War Against Japan,the issue of people′s livelihood was increasingly severe.A series of editorials on people′s livelihood in Xinhua Daily reflected the unique wartime livelihood view of the CPC.In dealing with the issue of people′s livelihood during wartime,Xinhua Daily firmly advocated equal em-phasis on both resistance against the enemy and people′s livelihood.In response to the livelihood issues of different social classes,Xinhua Daily proposed reasonable improvement plans based on the actual difficulties.In response to prominent issues such as prices and unemployment that affected people′s livelihoods,Xinhua Daily proposed scien-tific and effective solutions.Under the guidance of the CPC′s wartime outlook on people′s livelihood,the livelihood construction of the base area showed obvious comparative advantages,and its practice also played a positive role for the CPC to effectively mobilize the masses and win broad support from the masses.
