摘要
顺应科技创新时代趋势、融入数字经济发展大局,是金融业深入贯彻新发展理念、践行以客户为中心的必由之路。商业银行数字化转型加速发展,零售业务呈现渠道线上化、产品场景化、营销精准化等新特征。文章结合商业银行零售业务的发展与转型动因,分析了数字化技术与零售业务的结合现状,并对商业银行零售业务面临的挑战提出发展策略,旨在为全面提升商业银行零售业务服务水平提供借鉴。
Adapting to the trend of technological innovation and integrating into the digital economy is the only way for financial industry to fully implement the new development philosophy and practice customer centeredness.With the accelerated advancement of digital transformation and commercial banks,retail business is presenting new features such as online channels,scenario-based products and precise marketing.In light of this,the article examines the current integration of digital technology and retail business according to its development and transformation motives,and proposes development strategies for the challenges faced,aiming to provide reference for comprehensively enhancing the service of retail business in commercial banks.
