习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的价值观主要包括社会主义核心价值观与人类共同价值,它们在四个向度或层面展开:一是国家层面的价值理想,包括富强、民主、文明、和谐等核心价值观,它们塑造着中国国家形象,贯穿在以人民为中心的发展思想、中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦与中国特色社会主义的共同理想之中;二是社会层面的价值导向,包括自由、平等、公正、法治等核心价值观,它们具体展开为人民对美好生活与共同富裕的追求等;三是个人层面的价值准则,包括爱国、敬业、诚信、友善等核心价值观,它们具体展开为共产党员个人和每个青年应持的价值观,以及对个人自由而全面发展的追求等;四是人类层面的价值目标,包括和平、发展、公平、正义、民主、自由等全人类共同价值,具体展开为对人类命运共同体的构建与对普世价值的超越等。这四个向度构成了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的价值观体系,具有重要而深远的时代意义。

The values of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era mainly include the core values of socialism and the common values of mankind,which are developed in four dimensions or levels:First,values and ideals at the national level,including core values such as prosperity,democracy,civilization and harmony,have shaped China's national image and run through the people-centered development thought,the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The second is the value orientation at the social level,including core values such as freedom,equality,justice and rule of law,which are specifically developed for the people's pursuit of a better life and common prosperity.The third is the value criterion at the personal level,including the core values such as patriotism,dedication,integrity and friendliness,which are specifically developed into the values that individual Communist Party members and every young person should hold,as well as the pursuit of personal freedom and allround development.The fourth is the value goal at the human level,including peace,development,fairness,justice,democracy,freedom and other common values of mankind,which are specifically developed into the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind and the transcendence of universal values.
