当前,面对世界百年未有之大变局加速演进,“中国之治”的韧性与张力也日益凸显。百余年来,中国共产党领导中国人民经过艰辛探索,开辟了一条独具特色“中国之治”发展道路。从历史脉络看,“中国之治”在党的接续奋斗中先后经历了“初步探索”、“曲折前进”、“开拓发展”和“全面推进”四个阶段。从逻辑理路看,“中国之治”的实践进程呈现“守正与创新的统一”、“整体性与阶段性的统一”和“前进性与曲折性的统一”等鲜明特征。站在历史与逻辑的双重架构下,锚准“中国之治”的实然历史样态与应然发展逻辑的内在耦合性,能够总结出“百年之治”的经验启示,这是对新时代推进“中国之治”的现实关照。从历史的厚度、逻辑的深度与现实的高度深刻把握中国共产党推进“中国之治”的伟大实践,不仅是应对世界的百年变局与人类社会时代拷问的现实举措,而且是助力“中国之治”行稳致远、引领与推动“全球之治”的应有之义。

Currently,under the circumstances that changes unseen in a century are unfolding at a faster pace,the resilience and tension of the"governance of China"are becoming increasingly prominent.Over the past hundred years,the Communist Party of China has led the Chinese people to open up a unique"governance of China"development path through arduous exploration.From a historical perspective,the"governance of China"has gone through four stages in the continuous struggle of the Party,namely,"preliminary exploration","tortuous progress","pioneering development"and"comprehensive promotion".From a logical perspective,the practical process of the"governance of China"presents three distinct development characteristics,namely,"the unity of integrity and innovation","the unity of wholeness and stage","the unity of progressiveness and tortuosity".Based on the dual framework of history and logic,anchoring the inherent coupling between the actual historical state of the"governance of China"and the logical development of the"governance of China"can give us the experience enlightenment of the"governance of China"over the past hundred years,which is a practical consideration for promoting the"governance of China"in the new era.From the depth of history,the depth of logic and the height of reality,we should deeply grasp the great practice of the Communist Party of China in promoting the"governance of China",which is not only a practical measure to deal with the unseen changes in the world in a century and the torture of the era of human society,but also the due meaning of helping the governance of China"to stabilize and lead and promote the"governance of the world".
