摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视教育问题,多次在重要场合强调发展教育的重要意义,形成了蕴含丰富哲学意蕴的新时代教育观。新时代教育观以马克思关于人的本质、人的全面发展以及教育与生产劳动相结合的观点为哲学逻辑起点,以中国古代教育思想为哲学理念根源,以唯物史观和辩证法为哲学方法论基础。这一教育观蕴含丰富的内涵,包括以弘扬社会风尚为导向的尊师重教观,以强师能、提素养为宗旨的教师队伍建设观,以立德树人为目标的育人观,以教育均衡为追求的公平观,以尚贤爱才为主导的人才观。它具有四个方面的“辩证统一”特征,即人的全面发展与个性自由发展的辩证统一、世界水平与中国特色的辩证统一、教育发展与人类进步的辩证统一、扬弃传统与对接现代的辩证统一。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the issue of education,emphasizing on many important occasions the significance of the development of education,and forming a new-era view of education that is rich in philosophical meaning.The concept of education in the new era takes Marx's views on the nature of human beings,the comprehensive development of human beings and the combination of education and productive labor as its philosophical logical starting point,ancient Chinese educational thought as its philosophical conceptual root,and the concept of materialistic history and the dialectical method as its philosophical methodological foundation.This concept of education contains rich connotations,including the concept of respecting teachers and emphasizing education oriented to promoting social customs,the concept of teacher team building with the purpose of strengthening teachers'ability and improving their quality,the concept of educating people with the goal of establishing moral character,the concept of fairness pursued by the balance of education,and the concept of talent dominated by respecting the wise and loving the talented.It has four aspects of"dialectical unity",namely,the dialectical unity of the comprehensive development of human beings and the free development of individuality,the dialectical unity of the world level and the Chinese characteristics,the dialectical unity of the development of education and the progress of mankind,and the dialectical unity of abandoning traditions and docking with modernity.
