摘要
目的分析护理流程优化路径下的早期康复护理在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法88例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(护理流程优化路径下的早期康复护理),比较两组的干预效果。结果护理后,观察组的GSES评分、BI评分、护理满意度均高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,6 min步行距离长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理流程优化路径下的早期康复护理应用于急性心肌梗死患者的效果显著。
Objective To analyze the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing under the path of nursing process optimization in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 88 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(early rehabilitation nursing under the path of nursing process optimization).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the GSES score,BI score and nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,and the 6 min walking distance was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early rehabilitation nursing under the path of nursing process optimization applied in patients with acute myocardial infarction has significant effect.
