两辊柔性卷圆技术工艺参数分析

摘要 两辊柔性卷圆技术是一种先进弯曲成形技术,随着现代工业的发展,两辊柔性卷圆技术得到了广泛的关注。基于两辊柔性卷圆工艺原理,研究压入量、刚性辊直径、柔性辊直径、板材材料属性、卷圆速度这些参数变化对板材成形直径的影响。利用Abaqus软件建立两辊卷圆有限元模型,对两辊柔性卷圆技术进行单因素试验研究,并设计制造了一台试验样机,通过试验验证有限元模拟的可靠性。结果表明:压入量越大,成形直径越小;刚性辊直径越大,极限成形直径越大;柔性辊越大,达到极限成形直径所需的压入量越小;板材材料屈服强度越大,成形直径越大;杨氏模量越大,极限成形直径越小;卷圆速度越快,成形直径越大。研究结果为实际生产提供可靠指导。 Two-roll flexible winding technology was an advanced bending forming technology.With the development of modern industry,two-roll flexible winding technology had been widely concerned.Based on the principle of two-roll flexible winding process,the influences of parameters such as pressing amount,diameter of rigid roll,diameter of flexible roll,material properties of sheet metal and winding speed on the forming diameter of sheet metal were studied.A two-roll circular finite element model was established by using Abaqus software,a single factor test was carried out on the two-roll flexible circular technology,and a test prototype was designed and manufactured to verify the reliability of the finite element simulation.The results showed that the forming diameter decreased with the increase of pressing amount;the limit forming diameter increased with the increase of rigid roll diameter;the amount of pressing required to reach the ultimate forming diameter decreased with the increase of the diameter of the flexible roll;the forming diameter increased with the increase of yield strength;the limit forming diameter decreased with the increase of Young's modulus;the forming diameter increased with the increase of the winding speed.The research results provided reliable guidance for practical production.
