优质护理在精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of High-Quality Nursing in the Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:观察优质护理在精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月安徽省荣军医院收治的精神分裂症患者82例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各41例。观察组接受优质护理,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组护理依从性、生活质量及睡眠质量。结果:观察组护理总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003);护理后,两组生理职能、心理健康、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能评分高于护理前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、日间功能评分低于护理前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果显著,可提高患者依从性,改善生活质量及睡眠质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of high-quality nursing in the patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 82 patients with schizophrenia were selected as research objects at Anhui Province Veterans Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Observation group received high-quality nursing,control group received routine nursing.The nursing compliance,quality of life and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The total nursing compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).After nursing,the scores of physiological function,mental health,physical pain,vitality and social function of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the sleep quality,sleep time,sleep disturbance and daytime function scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing in the schizophrenia patients is remarkable,which can improve the compliance of patients,improve the quality of life and sleep quality.
