体育法治人才培养的时代论据与基本路径

培养体育法治人才是体育强国战略背景下人才培养的必然举措,是全面依法治国背景下人才培养的必然方向,也是新文科建设背景下人才培养的必然要求。然而在“重体育教育,轻体育法制”的社会观与“重传统法学,轻新型法学”的学科观的影响下,我国高等院校尚未对培养体育领域的法治人才给予足够的重视。高校应根据体育事业发展的需要,找准法治人才培养与体育事业需求的结合点,致力于为体育法治化输送立法、司法、执法以及涉外领域的类型化法治人才,以增进体育领域的人才培养和体育法治实践需求的匹配度。

Training sports legal talents is the inevitable measure under the strategic background of sports power,the inevitable direction under the background of law-based governance on all fronts,and the inevitable requirement under the background of new liberal arts construction.However,under the influence of the social view of"emphasizing sports education,light sports law,"and the discipline view of"emphasizing traditional jurisprudence,light new jurisprudence,"the universities of our country have not given full attention to the training of legal talents in the field of sports.According to the needs of sports development,universities need to find out the combination of legal talents training and sports cause needs and devote themselves to conveying legislation,judicial,law enforcement and foreign-related legal talents for the legalization of sports to improve the matching degree between the training of talents in the field of sports and the practice needs of sports legalization.
