宣和猪生长与胴体性状的典型相关分析

摘要 为了揭示宣和猪生长与胴体性状的内在关系,选择了122头体重30 kg左右的宣和仔猪,在相同饲养管理条件下育肥,测定其生长性能,在体重达100 kg左右时进行屠宰测定,并对7个生长性状和6个胴体性状进行Pearson相关与典型相关分析。结果表明:大多数生长性状之间的Pearson相关均达到显著水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中,料重比与平均日增重的相关系数最高(r=-0.5851,P<0.01);胴体瘦肉率与眼肌面积、后腿比例均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);平均日增重、体长与胴体直长,胸围、活体背膘厚与平均背膘厚,宰前活重与屠宰率呈显著正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),但料重比与平均背膘厚、胴体直长,体长、体高与胴体瘦肉率,胸围、活体背膘厚与后腿比例显著负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。生长与胴体性状的第1、第2对典型相关系数分别为0.6777(P<0.001)和0.4797(P<0.001),共解释总相关信息的79.79%;两类性状之间的典型相关主要是由料重比与屠宰率、平均背膘厚的相关所引起的。综上,在宣和猪育种实践中,选择料重比有助于提高宣和猪的生长速率,同时也可能会降低屠宰率和增加平均背膘厚。 To reveal the inherent relationship between growth and carcass traits in Xuanhe pigs,a total of 122 Xuanhe piglets with body weight of about 30 kg were selected to measure the growth traits under the same feeding and management conditions,and were slaughtered to measure carcass traits when their body weights were about 100 kg.On the basis of performance test,Pearson correlation and canonical correlation analysis were carried out between 7 growth traits and 6 carcass traits.The results showed that the Pearson correlation of most growth traits were significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and correlation coefficient was the highest for feed conversion rate and average daily gain(r=-0.5851,P<0.01).Lean meat percentage was significantly positively correlated with loin eye area and percentage of ham(P<0.01).The correlation was found to be significantly positive for average daily gain,body length with carcass length,for chest circumference,live backfat thickness with average backfat thickness,and for live weight at slaughter with dressing percentage(P<0.05 or P<0.01).However,the correlation was found to be significantly negative for feed conversion rate with average backfat thickness and carcass length,for body length and body height with lean meat percentage,and for chest circumference and live backfat thickness with percentage of ham(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The first and second canonical correlation coefficients were 0.6777(P<0.001)and 0.4797(P<0.001),respectively between growth and carcass traits,accounting for 79.79% of the total correlation information.The canonical correlation between growth and carcass traits was mainly caused by that of feed conversion rate with dressing percentage and average backfat thickness in Xuanhe pigs.In conclusion,the selection of feed conversion rate would be helpful to increase growth rate,but it would decrease dressing percentage,and increase average backfat thickness in breeding practice of Xuanhe pigs.
