摘要
诊法学和辨证学等中医诊断思维与技能是中医临床基础技能之一。其中,四诊技能的熟练应用,对于培养优秀的中医临床人才,促进中医临床学科的发展,有着重要的现实意义。文章通过分类研究高校与执业医师考试中四诊技能的实践教学与考核方式方法,对四诊考试现状进行深度解析,从而对中医“四诊”考核改革与发展提出可行性的建议,以期进一步完善四诊考试核心内容知识构架,提升学生四诊水平,进而培养高素质的临床中医专业人才。
Diagnostic thinking and skills of traditional Chinese medicine such as diagnostic law and dialectics are one of the basic clinical skills of TCM.Among them,the skillful use of the four diagnoses is of great significance to the cultivation of outstanding clini⁃cal talents in TCM and the development of TCM clinical disciplines.This paper analyzed the current situation of the four diagnosis ex⁃aminations by classifying the practical teaching and assessment methods and methods of the four diagnosis skills in the examination of universities and practicing physicians,so as to put forward feasible suggestions for the reform and development of the“four diagnoses”assessment of traditional Chinese medicine,with a view to further improving the knowledge framework of the core content of the four diagnosis examinations,improving the level of students’four diagnoses,and then cultivating high-quality clinical Chinese medicine professionals.
