固相萃取-气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法测定水产品中丙泊酚和苯氧乙醇

摘要 目的:建立固相萃取-气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法测定水产品中丙泊酚、苯氧乙醇残留量的方法。方法:样品经提取后,通过固相萃取进行净化,采用DB-WAXUI色谱柱分离,检测模式为电子轰击离子源、动态多反应监测。结果:两种麻醉剂标准品线性检测范围为10~500 ng·mL^(-1),检出限为0.005 mg·kg^(-1);选取阴性样品进行加标回收试验,回收率为87.5%~96.3%,相对标准偏差为0.9%~7.3%。结论:该方法能够满足水产品麻醉剂残留检测的需要。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of propofol and phenoxyethanol residues in aquatic products by solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry.Method:After extraction,the samples were purified by solid phase extraction and separated by DB-WAXUI chromatographic column.The detection mode was electron bombardment ion source and dynamic multi-reaction monitoring.Result:The linear detection range of the two anesthetic standards was 10~500 ng·mL^(-1),and the detection limit was 0.005 mg·kg^(-1).The recovery rate was 87.5%~96.3%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.9%~7.3%.Conclusion:This method can meet the needs of detection of anesthetic residues in aquatic products.
