新型农村集体经济是我国社会主义公有制经济的重要组成部分,也是促进农民增收、实现乡村共同富裕的重要保证。当前,我国发展新型农村集体经济的实践探索取得了一定成效,但也存在特色资源挖掘不充分、人才聚集能力差、资源利用效能不高和片面追求数量扩张等现实问题。随着乡村振兴战略的全面推进,各地应在借鉴成功经验的基础上,因地制宜地探索适合本地实际的发展模式,使新型农村集体经济成为赋能乡村共同富裕的新引擎。

The new rural collective economy is an important component of China's socialist public ownership economy,and also an important guarantee for promoting farmers'income increase and achieving common prosperity in the rural areas.At present,the practical exploration of developing the new rural collective economy in China has achieved some certain results,while there are also some practical problems such as insufficient exploration of characteristic resources,poor talent gathering ability,low resource utilization efficiency,and one-sided pursuit of quantity expansion.With the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalizing strategy,all the regions should learn from successful experiences and explore development models that are suitable for their local conditions,making the new rural collective economy a new engine for empowering rural common prosperity.
