摘要
滚筒支架作为带式输送机重要的结构件,在其设计过程中存在着大量的重复建模工作。为了提高其设计效率,基于VC.net二次开发Pro/E三维软件,实现滚筒支架的三维参数化建模及二维工程图的自动生成。此外,利用ANSYS APDL语言编写滚筒支架参数化有限元分析程序,完成支架强度、刚度的校核。该参数化建模方法极大地提高了产品的设计效率,保证了滚筒支架的安全可靠,具有重要的工程应用价值。
As an important part of the belt conveyor,there is a lot of repetitive modeling work in the design process of the pulley bracket.In order to improve the design efficiency,the Pro/E software was developed based on the secondary development of the VC.net to realize the 3D parametric modeling and the automatic generation of 2D engineering drawings of the pulley bracket.In addition,the ANSYS APDL language was used to write a parametric finite element analysis program for the pulley bracket to complete the verification of the strength and stiffness.The parametric modeling method greatly improves the design efficiency of this product,ensures the safety and reliability of the pulley bracket,and has important engineering application value.
