优质护理服务应用于老年脑梗死护理中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of High Quality Nursing Service Applied to Nursing of Cerebral Infarction in the Elderly

目的 观察于老年脑梗死患者选择优质护理服务的干预成效。方法 选取2023年1月至2023年12月湖南省康复医院收入的120例老年脑梗死患者,选择随机数字表法,将其分为对照组(基础干预)与观察组(优质护理),观察两组肢体运动功能及日常生活能力、生活质量和护理满意度。结果 干预后,观察组Fugl-Meyer与Barthel指数评分较对照组更高(P <0.05),观察组生活质量各子项评分较对照组更高(P <0.05)。观察组护理满意度上较对照组更优(P <0.05)。结论 在老年脑梗死护理上选取优质护理服务具有良好护理成效,不仅可改善患者肢体功能和日常活动能力,还可提升其生活质量和满意度,凸显其干预成效,为临床护理提供有效参考和指导。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of the intervention of high quality nursing service in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 120 cases of elderly cerebral infarction patients in Hunan Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected,and were divided into the control group(basic intervention) and the observation group(high quality nursing care) by the randomized numerical table method to observe the limb motor function and ability of daily life,quality of life,and satisfaction with nursing care of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the Fugl-Meyer and Barthel index scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of each subset of quality of life were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in terms of nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions The selection of high quality nursing service in the care of cerebral infarction in the elderly has good nursing effectiveness,not only can improve the patients' limb function and daily activities,but also enhance their quality of life and satisfaction,highlighting the effectiveness of the intervention,and providing effective reference and guidance for clinical care.
