U型煤层气井压裂技术研究

摘要 为做好U型煤层气井的压裂工作,以山西某U型煤层气井压裂工况为例,提出了压裂设计方案,重点对连续油管分段压裂技术,水平井压裂技术,定向射孔工艺及钻井液类型、性能等进行了分析,并进行了现场压裂试验,取得了较好的试验效果,促进了煤层气开采的增产增效,可为类似工况下煤层气井的开发提供参考。 In order to do a good job in the fracturing work of U-shaped coalbed methane wells,taking the fracturing condition of a U-shaped coalbed methane well in Shanxi as an example,a fracturing design scheme was proposed,focusing on the analysis of continuous tubing segmented fracturing technology,horizontal well fracturing technology,directional perforation technology,drilling fluid type and performance,and conducting on-site fracturing tests.Good experimental results were achieved,promoting the increase in production and efficiency of coalbed methane extraction,and providing reference for the development of coalbed methane wells under similar conditions.
