Digital Technology Empowering Chinese Modernization:Logic and Path

中国在积极探索和追求现代化的过程中取得了举世瞩目的成就。新时代新征程上,要充分发挥数字技术对中国式现代化的驱动作用,把中国式现代化建立在数字中国的基础上。本文以中国式现代化的五个特征为切入点,探讨如何利用数据资源推动人口规模巨大的现代化,发挥数字经济优势增加共同富裕机遇,构建数字产业促进物质文明和精神文明相协调,借助数字科技力量推进生态文明建设和绿色低碳发展,建设数字命运共同体共创人类和平发展道路,厘清数字技术赋能中国式现代化的理论逻辑与作用路径,为在数字化变革中全面建设社会主义现代化强国提供学理支撑。

China has made remarkable achievements in actively exploring and pursuing modernization.On the new journey in the new era,it is necessary to understand the driving role of digital technology in Chinese modernization and to build Chinese modernization on the foundation of a digital China.Based on the five characteristics of Chinese modernization,this paper explores how data resources contribute to the modernization of a vast population,how digital economy increases the opportunities for common prosperity,how digital industries contribute to the preservation and propagation of Chinese culture,how digital science and technology enhance ecological conservation,and how a digital community with a shared future serves as a common path for the development of humanity.This paper attempts to clarify the theoretical logic and path of action of digital technology empowering Chinese modernization,and provide support for building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects in the midst of digital transformation.
