Common Problems and Maintenance Measures of Underground Water Pumps in Coal Mines

针对煤矿井下水泵在运行过程中经常出现的故障问题,以转子不对中、电磁干扰和叶轮磨损三类典型故障为基础,对造成上述故障的主要原因进行分析,并结合故障原因,提出了针对性的故障处理方案.从实际效果来看,这三类主要故障均得到了有效解决,因此此次的故障处理经验有助于为今后的相关工作提供一定的参考借鉴.

In order to effectively solve the fault problems often occurring in the operation of underground water pumps in coal mines,based on three types of typical faults,namely,rotor misalignment,electromagnetic interference and impeller wear,the main causes of the above faults are analysed,and combined with the causes of the faults,the targeted fault handling solutions are put forward.From the practical effect,these three types of main faults have been significantly solved,so this fault handling experience helps to provide certain reference for future related work.
