摘要
高质量课程是达成高质量教育的关键,建立系统科学的学校课程质量评价指标体系是促进课程高质量发展的长效机制。学校课程质量评价指标的维度不一与框架多变,如何对学校课程质量进行有效评价一直是个难题。对建构学校课程质量评价指标具有提供理论框架、激活全程育人思维、导向改进目标以及巧用适切方法的多元价值。根据育人导向、以质量为核心的建构理念,以CIPP模型为理论框架,采用访谈法、德尔菲法、层次分析法等建构基于改进导向的学校课程质量评价指标体系,以期促进课程高质量发展与加快课程治理现代化。
High-quality curriculum is the key to high-quality education.and the establishment of a systematic and scientific evaluation index system of school curriculum quality is a bng-term mechanism to promote high quality curriculum.The index has different dimensions and changeable framework.so bow to carry out effective evaluation is always a difficult problem.The evaluation has multiple values for the construction of the index,such as providing theoretical framework,activating the whole process of educating people,guiding the goal of improvement and skillfully using appropriate methods.Guided by education orientation and quality centered formation ideobgy,this artide takes CIPP model as theoreticall framework and applies interview method.Delphi method and analytic hierarchy method to build thesystem.so as to promote high quality curriculum development and accelerate the modernization of curriculum governance.
