摘要
本实验采用电热板-硝酸-高氯酸对垃圾渗滤液进行前处理,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)同时测定垃圾渗滤液中铜、锌、铅、镉、铬、镍、铁、锰、锡、锑元素的分析方法。结果表明,该方法测定10种元素的线性相关系数在0.9993~1.0000之间,方法检出限为0.0004~0.0070mg·L^(-1),方法精密度好、准确度高。利用建立的方法测定广西某垃圾填埋场的渗滤液,10种元素测定结果标准偏差为0.01%~6.87%,加标回收率大于100%。该方法测定结果准确可靠,方便快捷,适用于不同浓度的垃圾渗滤液中铜、锌、铅、镉、铬、镍、铁、锰、锡、锑元素的测定。
In this experiment,an electric heating plate-nitric acid-perchloric acid was used for pre-treatment of landfill leachate,and an ICP-OES analysis method was established for simultaneous determination of copper,zinc,lead,cadmium,chromium,nickel,iron,manganese,tin,and antimony elements in landfill leachate.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of 10 elements determined by this method ranged from 0.9993 to 1.0000,and the detection limit of the method was 0.0004~0.0070mg·L^(-1).The method has good precision and high accuracy.The established method was used to determine the leachate of a landfill site in Guangxi.The SD of 10 elements was 0.01%~6.87%,and the recovery rate was greater than 100%.The method is accurate,reliable,convenient and fast,and suitable for the determination of copper,zinc,lead,cadmium,chromium,nickel,iron,manganese,tin,and antimony elements in different concentrations of landfill leachate.
