摘要
针对散料输送系统中物料转载流动的特点,提出了多种物料转载对中接料技术。建立了物料转载对中接料仿真模型,通过EDEM软件仿真,验证了所述物料转载对中接料技术的可行性;通过将多种物料转载对中接料技术结合,并基于物料速度和物料轨迹等参数设计出一种可靠性较强的转载对中溜槽结构,该结构可减小物料对中部转载装置及输送带的冲击,解决了物料偏离下级输送机中心和输送带跑偏问题,有效地延长了设备寿命,具有实际的工程应用价值。
Aiming at the characteristics of material transfer flow in bulk conveying systems,various transfer alignment and material reception technologies were proposed.A simulation model of transfer alignment and material reception was established,and it was simulated by EDEM software,the feasibility of the transfer alignment and material reception technology was verified,and the reliable transfer and center connection chute structure was designed by combining several transfer alignment and material reception technologies and utilizing the parameters of material speed and material track,etc.This structure can reduce the impact of materials on the central transfer device and conveyor belt,solve the problems of material deviation from the center of the lower conveyor and conveyor belt deviation,effectively extend the service life of the equipment,and has practical engineering application value.
