摘要
供应链减排是快速实现“双碳”目标的突破口,碳信息披露是监督企业排放行为、实现企业减排的重要途径,碳排放数据是碳信息的重要组成部分。因此,提升企业供应链上的碳排放数据质量是大势所趋。水泥企业供应链存在链条长、重物流、排放大这三个特点,容易引发链上碳数据存在不透明、不全面、不精确等问题。针对上述问题本文仔细分析其成因并结合区块链技术提出多部门联动、煤炭赋码、构造碳排放追踪器这三项解决办法。以期能够为水泥企业供应链碳信息披露的发展奠定基础。
Supply chain emission reduction is a breakthrough point for quickly achieving the“dual carbon”goals.Carbon information disclosure is an important way to supervise corporate emission behavior and achieve corporate emission reduction.Carbon emission data is an important component of carbon information.Therefore,improving the quality of carbon emission data in the supply chain of enterprises is the trend.The supply chain of cement enterprises has three characteristics:long chain,heavy logistics,and high emissions,which can easily lead to problems such as opaque,incomplete,and inaccurate carbon data on the chain.This article carefully analyzes the causes of the above problems and proposes three solutions based on blockchain technology:multi departmental linkage,coal coding,and the construction of carbon emission trackers.In order to lay the foundation for the development of carbon information disclosure in the supply chain of cement enterprises.
