摘要
隔膜是锂离子电池的重要组成部分之一,它的性能直接决定了锂离子电池的安全性能、使用寿命和电化学性能等。聚烯烃微孔膜凭借电化学性能优异、价格低廉等优势成为锂离子电池隔膜市场的主流。在隔膜减薄化趋势下,超高分子量聚乙烯隔膜独特的性能优势成为聚烯烃微孔膜中最具竞争力的产品。介绍了锂离子电池隔膜的工作原理及性能要求,聚烯烃锂离子电池隔膜的制备方法,包括湿法、干法、静电纺丝等制备工艺;阐述了锂离子电池隔膜专用料的性能要求和研发进展,生产超高分子量聚乙烯的催化剂以及聚烯烃隔膜改性的研究进展。
The separator is an important part of lithium ion batteries,and its performance directly affects the safety,service life,and electrochemical properties of lithium ion batteries.Polyolefin microporous films occupy the mainstream of the market due to their excellent electrochemical properties and low price.Under the trend of separator thinning,the unique performance advantage of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)separators has become the most competitive product among polyolefin microporous films.In this paper,the working principle and performance requirements of lithium ion battery separators were introduced,and the preparation methods of polyolefin lithium ion battery separators were discussed,including the wet method,dry method,and electrostatic spinning.The performance requirements and development progress of resins for lithium ion battery separators were described.The catalysts for UHMWPE and the modification technologies for polyolefin separators were introduced.
