Application Effect Analysis of High-Quality Nursing Services in Outpatient Blood Collection Work

目的:分析优质护理服务在门诊采血工作中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年6月于遵义市第一人民医院门诊采血的500例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各250例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施优质护理服务。比较两组采血成功率、样本合格率、护患纠纷发生率、穿刺疼痛程度、护理满意度。结果:两组采血成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组样本合格率高于对照组,护患纠纷发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组穿刺疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:优质护理服务在门诊采血工作中的应用效果显著,能够提高样本合格率,减少护患纠纷,减轻穿刺疼痛,患者护理满意度高。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing services in outpatient blood collection.Methods:A total of 500 patients who received outpatient blood collection in the First People's Hospital of Zunyi from December 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 250 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented high-quality nursing services.The success rate of blood collection,sample qualification rate,nurse-patient dispute rate,puncture pain degree,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the success rate of blood collection between the two groups(P>0.05).The sample qualification rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,nurse-patient dispute rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The puncture pain degree in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing services in outpatient blood collection has a significant effect,which can increase the sample qualification rate,reduce nurse-patient disputes,reduce puncture pain,and have high patient satisfaction with nursing.
