高职院校劳动教育的认识误区及其归正路径

摘要 当前对劳动教育的理解和认识存在误区,如将“生产者”的劳动活动等同于“学习者”的劳动教育实践活动,将劳动资源等同于劳动教育资源,将物化劳动成果和劳动技能的掌握等同于劳动教育效果,导致高职院校在推进劳动教育中面临诸多问题。因此,要凸显教育属性设计劳动活动、围绕劳动教育目标进行劳动教育资源的开发与建设,以及构建完整的劳动素养评价内容,以提升高职院校劳动教育成效. At present,there are misunderstandings in the understanding and cognition of labor education,such as equating the labor activities of"producers"with the labor education practice activities of"learners",equating labor resources with labor education resources,and equating the fruit of materialized labor and the mastery of labor skills with the effect of labor education,which lead to many problems in the promotion of labor education in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,it is necessary to highlight the attributes of education to design labor activities,develop and build labor education resources around the goals of labor education,and construct a complete labor literacy evaluation content to improve the effectiveness of labor education in higher vocational colleges.
