汽车衡秤体结构轻量化优化设计

摘要 汽车衡是一种称重设备,其整体结构应满足刚度和强度要求,轻量化的汽车衡可以减少材料的使用,节约制造成本。通过有限元仿真分析和结构优化设计,对秤体的主要构件面板和U型梁的几何尺寸进行优化。结果表明:在秤体满足刚度和强度设计要求的前提下,秤体结构优化后的质量比原结构降低了13.9%,实现了降低汽车衡秤体整体质量的目标,达到轻量化效果,提高了材料利用率。 As weighing equipment,the whole structure of the truck scale should meet the requirements of stiffness and strength.Lightweight truck scales can reduce the use of materials and save manufacturing costs.Through finite element simulation analysis and structural optimization design,it can optimize the geometric dimensions of the main components of the scale body,including the panel and U-beam.The results show that on the premise that the scale body meets the requirements of the stiffness and strength design,the weight of the optimized scale body structure is reduced by 13.9%,compared to the original structure,achieving the goal of reducing the overall weight of the car scale body,achieving lightweight effect,and improving material utilization rate.
