金沙江上游水光互补中长期协调运行方法研究

摘要 充分发挥流域梯级水电站的灵活调节能力,实现水光互补系统的协同运行,是提升可再生能源消纳水平的重要途径。以金沙江上游川藏段正在开展前期规划工作的梯级水电站及沿江光伏电站为研究对象,建立了水光互补系统发电量最大化的中长期协调运行优化模型,同时计及梯级水电站、光伏电站和外送直流输电线路的运行约束,以评估水光互补系统的外送消纳水平。在算例分析中,测算了不同梯级水电站规划装机下的光伏电站最大装机和典型日外送发电曲线,并从丰-平-枯水平年、直流日最大调节幅度和是否配置抽水蓄能电站等方面进行模型验证和灵敏度分析,结果表明,金沙江上游川藏段水光出力具有季节资源互补性和日内电源互补性,提升梯级水电站或直流输电线路的调节能力、配置抽水蓄能电站均可以使光伏最大可接纳装机进一步增长。 Giving full play to the flexible regulation capability of basin-scale cascade hydropower stations can realize the coordinated operation of the hydro-photovoltaic(PV)complementary system,which is also an important measure to enhance renewable energy accommodation level.Taking the cascade hydropower stations and PV stations in the Sichuan-Xizang section of the upper Jinsha River that are in the pre-planning stage as research object,a medium-and long-term coordinated operation optimization model is established with the objective of maximizing the power generation of the hydro-PV complementary system,so as to assess the accommodation level of sending power from the hydro-PV complementary system.The operation constraints of the cascade hydropower stations,PV stations and direct current(DC)transmission line are also taken in account.The numerical analysis is performed to calculate the maximum installed capacity of PV stations and the related typical daily sending power curves under different planned installed capacity of cascade hydropower stations.Furthermore,the model verification and sensitivity analysis are carried out from the aspects of the wet-flat-dry level year,the maximum daily adjustment range of DC transmission line and whether to configure the pumped-storage power stations.The results indicate that the hydro-PV generation output in the Sichuan-Xizang section of the upper Jinsha River is complementary in the seasonal scale of natural resources and the intra-day scale of power regulation,and improving the regulation capability of cascade hydropower stations and DC transmission line,or configuring the pumped-storage power stations can lead to a further increase in the maximum acceptable installed capacity of PV stations.
