海砂的淡化及其对水泥砂浆性能的影响

摘要 本文采用淡水冲洗法处理海砂,探究淡水冲洗次数以及阻锈剂用量对海砂水泥砂浆试样性能的影响。结果表明,淡化海砂水泥砂浆试样性能随着水洗次数及阻锈剂用量的增加呈现先增加后下降的趋势,当水洗次数为5次时,试样对氯离子的抗渗透性能最佳,具有较好的耐久性和抗腐蚀性能。水洗次数为3次时试样的抗压强度最佳为11.373MPa,达到M10等级,抗折强度最佳为4.844 MPa。当阻锈剂用量为1%时,水泥砂浆试样对氯离子的抗渗透性、抗压性能和抗折性能最佳,其中抗氯离子渗透性和抗折强度相较于未加阻锈剂的试样得到了较为显著的增强。 This paper uses fresh water flushing method to treat sea sand,and explores the influence of fresh water flushing times and the amount of rust inhibitor on the sample performance of sea sand cement mortar.The results show that the test performance of diluted sea sand cement mortar increases first and then decreases with the increase of washing times and the amount of rust inhibitor.When the number of washing is 5 times,the test sample has the best permeability resistance to chloride ion,and has good durability and corrosion resistance.For the three washing times,the best compressive strength of the sample is 11.373MPa,reaching M10 grade,and the best flexural strength is 4.844MPa.When the amount of rust inhibitor is 1%,the permeability resistance,compression resistance and flexural strength of cement mortar sample to chloride ion are the best,in which the chloride ion resistance permeability and flexural strength are significantly enhanced compared with the sample without rust inhibitor.
