摘要
介绍当前研究的几种生物可降解材料结构、性能及其纤维的制备方法和应用。针对研究较热的聚乳酸、聚羟基脂肪酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸⁃己二酸丁二醇酯、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯和聚乙交酯纤维,概述了其研究开发进展,并分析了其性能特点和不足;结合目前复合纤维的发展情况,探究了几种常见的生物可降解复合纤维的性能和研究现状。认为:通过材料的共聚、共混、复合、改性及纺丝工艺的优化等方式,可以改善纤维的可纺性能,降低生产成本,加大规模化生产,促进生物可降解纤维的应用和发展。
The structure and property of several biodegradable materials and their fiber preparation methods and applications were introduced.The research and development progress of several fibers were summarized,including polylactic acid,polyhydroxy-fatty acid ester,poly butylene terephthalate adipate,poly butylene succinate ester and poly ethyl ester fiber.The performance characteristics and shortcomings were analyzed.Based on the current development of composite fibers,the property and research status of several common biodegradable composite fibers were studied.It is considered that the spinnability of the fiber can be improved and the production cost can be reduced,the large-scale production can be increased,the application and development of biodegradable fiber can be promoted by means of copolymerization,blending,compounding,modification and optimization of spinning process.
