摘要
基于社会认知理论,采用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,探讨在人机交互场景下,平台环境和个体认知如何互动影响平台用户的知识吸收能力。研究发现:环境因素是人机互动知识共享的基础,而与个体认知因素相匹配的交互设计是提升吸收效能的关键。促进强吸收能力形成的核心条件有强联结、高信任的环境因素和强自我效能和高结果期望的认知因素;导致吸收能力弱的核心条件则是用户之间过大的知识距离和过弱的联结强度等环境因素。研究结论为知识平台提升用户知识吸收能力提供了理论依据与现实启示,为未来提升人机交互设计促进知识共享的研究提供参考借鉴。
Based on the theory of social cognition,this paper adopts the method of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(FSQCA)to explore how the platform environment and individual cognition interact to influence the knowledge absorption ability of users in human-computer interaction scenario.It is found that environmental factors are the basis of human-computer interaction knowledge sharing,and interaction design matching with individual cognitive factors is the key to improve absorption efficiency.The key factors that promote the formation of strong absorptive ability are strong connection,high trust environment factors and cognitive factors of high self-efficacy and results expectations.The core conditions that lead to weak absorptive capacity are environmental factors such as excessive knowledge distance and weak connection between users.The results provide theoretical basis and practical enlightenment for knowledge platform to enhance users’knowledge absorption ability,and provide reference for future research on improving human-machine(AI)interaction design to promote knowledge sharing.
