应用仲景下瘀血法治疗原发性血小板增多症探讨

Discussion on the Application of Zhongjing’s Stasis-Purging Method in the Treatment of Essential Thrombocythemia

原发性血小板增多症的病理机制主要是骨髓中巨核细胞过度增殖,导致血小板计数升高,进而积聚成瘀。对于瘀血导致的疾病,医圣张仲景应用下瘀血法进行治疗,本文对仲景所创下瘀血诸方进行辨析,总结方剂各自的组方用药特点、临床应用指征,联系到原发性血小板增多症的治疗中,从疾病分期以及不同证候灵活运用下瘀血法,为现代中医治疗原发性血小板增多症提供些许思路。

The pathological mechanism of essential thrombocythemia is mainly due to the excessive proliferation of megakaryocytes in the bone marrow,which leads to the elevation of platelets,and then aggregates into stasis.For diseases caused by blood stasis,ZHANG Zhong-jing,the sage of Chinese medicine,applied stasis-purging method for treatment.This article analyzed the formulas of stasis-purging method created by Zhongjing,summarized the medication characteristics and clinical application indications,and then related to the treatment of essential thrombocythemia.The stasis-purging method was applied flexibly according to disease stages and different symptoms,so as to provide ideas for the treatment of essential thrombocythemia in modern Chinese medicine.
