摘要
选取SPHC钢种进行了氩站直上浇注工艺试验。采取了制定生产组织时间参考表和工艺试验流程,两次加Mn控制其含量,按照终点氧含量确定加入铝线段重量,氩站吹氩参考温降4℃/min,按温降0.7℃/min对氩站搬出温度进行补正等措施。试验两浇次14罐钢水结果表明,钢水成分合格率100%,温度合格率100%,生产节奏正常,铸机浇注稳定,试验罐次节约成本约15.6万元。
The SPHC molten steel was selected for carrying out the test of casting process by directly blowing argon upward from the argon station.After that,these measures such as formulating the production organization time reference table and determining the process test flow,adding the element of Mn twice by controlling its amount of addition,determining the weight of adding a section of aluminum wires according to the content of oxygen at the end point,setting the reference temperature drop as 4℃/min for argon blowing from the argon station and carrying out the supplementing and correcting for the moving-out temperatures of argon from the argon station according to the temperature drop of 0.7℃/min were taken.So based on testing of casting 14 tanks of molten steel by casting two times,the tested results demonstrated that the qualified rate of both compositions and temperatures was 100%.Finally,the production interval was normal and the casting machine was operating in the stable condition and the cost of testing tanks of molten steel reduced by about 156 thousand yuan.
