三塔精馏从废溶剂中回收高纯度N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)的模拟分析

摘要 以树脂生产过程中回收的废有机溶剂为原料,采用三塔真空精馏法回收其中的N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP),废溶剂原料依次通过粗脱水、精脱水和成品精制等过程,分离其中的水和树脂等杂质后,得到高纯度NMP产品。利用流程模拟软件AspenPlus分析各过程中精馏塔的塔板层数、进料层数、回流比等因素对原料脱水率及产品纯度的影响。结果表明:通过流程模拟与工艺优化,原料经脱水与精制后可获得NMP质量分数>99.90%、含水质量分数<0.01%的电子级产品,产品回收率为97.6%,三塔精馏系统回收高纯度NMP产品的能耗为2.75MJ/kg。该优化结果可为从废有机溶剂中提纯NMP产品提供参考。 The recovery process of high purity N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone(NMP)from waste organic solvents in resin production process by three-column vacuum distillation was researched.The waste solvent raw material was successively subjected to crude dehydration,precision dehydration and product refinement process to separate impurities such as water and resin,and obtain high purity NMP products.The influences of the number of stages,the feed stage and the reflux ratio of the distillation column on the dehydration efficiency of the raw material and the purity of the product were analyzed by Aspen Plus software.The results showed that through process simulation and optimization,the electronic grade product with NMP mass fraction of more than 99.90%and water mass fraction of less than 0.01%could be obtained after dehydration and refining of raw materials.The product yield was 97.6%,and the energy consumption of the distillation system was 2.75 MJ/kg product.The optimization results provide a reference for the purification of NMP products from waste organic solvents.
