摘要
在广东省江门市蓬江区荷塘镇“房地一体”农村宅基地和集体建设用地确权登记项目中,针对房屋密集、街巷狭窄、植物茂盛、雨量充沛、GNSS信号差等不利因素,采用倾斜摄影测量技术和ContextCapture自动建模系统,获取调查区三维影像成果,内业采用清华山维EPS软件进行裸眼立体测图,结合外业调绘和全站仪少量补测,获取最终的DLG数据,实地抽样采集进行数据检测,利用同精度检测模板,自动汇总检测点中误差与精度分析结果,验证图形的几何精度。结果表明,此种作业模式能够满足房地一体测量项目的要求,安全快捷、成本较低,降低了野外工作强度,具有一定应用推广价值。
In the“integration of housing and land”rural homestead and collective construction land confirmation registration project in Hetang Town,Pengjiang District,Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province,due to unfavorable factors such as dense housing,narrow alleys,lush vegetation,abundant rainfall,and poor GNSS signal,oblique photogrammetry technology and ContextCapture automatic modeling system were adopted to obtain 3D image results of the survey area.Using Tsinghua Shanwei EPS software for naked-eye stereo mapping,combined with field surveying and a small amount of supplementary measurement using total stations,the final DLG data was obtained.Field sampling was conducted for data detection,and a detection template with the same precision was used to automatically summarize the mean error and precision analysis of the detection points,verifying the geometric accuracy of the graphics.The results showed that this operation mode could meet the requirements of the real estate integration measurement project,with safe and efficient operation,low cost,reduced field work intensity,and certain application and promotion value.
