煤矿大采高超前液压支架关键部件强度及应用效果分析

摘要 基于煤矿顺槽围岩控制机理,介绍了一种大采高超前液压支架结构设计。为验证此结构设计的可行性,先采用仿真分析方法进行有限元仿真分析,初步确认结构设计有效性后,将大采高超前液压支架结构设计应用于工程实践,进一步检验结构设计应用价值。最终综合确认大采高超前液压支架结构设计具有较强可行性。 Based on the control mechanism of the surrounding rock in the coal mine,a kind of large mining height over the front hydraulic support structure design is introduced.In order to verify the feasibility of this structural design,the first simulation analysis method for finite element simulation analysis,preliminary confirmation of the validity of the structural design,the large mining height ahead of the hydraulic bracket structural design applied to engineering practice,to further test the value of the structural design application.Finally,the structure design of large mining height over the front hydraulic support is confirmed to have strong feasibility.
