摘要
为探究大豆复配蛋白粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响,文章以200只SPF级昆明种小鼠为研究对象,随机分配至对照组(小鼠饲料)、豆粉组、低剂量复配蛋白粉组及高剂量复配蛋白粉组,评估不同受试物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,豆粉(600 mg/(kg·bw)·d)、低剂量复配蛋白粉(1 g/(kg·bw)·d)和高剂量复配蛋白粉(3 g/(kg·bw)·d)均可增强小鼠免疫功能,未对小鼠发育产生负面影响。其中复配蛋白粉安全性高,对小鼠免疫功能增强效果优于豆粉。
In order to investigate the effects of soybean protein powder on the immune function of mice,200 SPF Kunming mice were randomly assigned to control group(mouse feed),soybean powder group,low-dose protein powder group and high-dose protein powder group to evaluate the effects of different subjects on the immune function of mice in this paper.The results showed that soy flour(600 mg/(kg·bw)·d),low-dose compound protein powder(1 g/(kg·bw)·d)and high-dose compound protein powder(3 g/(kg·bw)·d)were all could enhance the immune function of mice without negatively affecting mouse development.The compound protein powder was highly safe and had a better effect on enhancing the immune function of mice than soy flour.
