摘要
胶原蛋白是人体中含量最丰富的蛋白质,为人体的各种组织提供强度、弹性和结构支撑。通过创新的交联技术,包括化学、物理和酶交联,可以增强胶原蛋白的机械性能、热稳定性、疏水性和抗氧化性等特性。文章在查阅了大量国内外文献资料的基础上,综述了物理交联胶原的方法,阐明了胶原改性的作用和意义,介绍了改性胶原的应用,并对胶原交联改性的前景和面临的挑战进行了展望。
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body and provides strength,elasticity and structure to various tissues in the body.The mechanical properties,thermal stability,hydrophobicity and antioxidant properties of collagen can be enhanced by innovative cross-linking techniques,including chemical,physical and enzymatic cross-linking.In this paper,based on the review of a large number of domestic and international literature,we mainly describe the methods of physical crosslinking of collagen,elucidate the role and significance of collagen modification,and introduce the applications of modified collagen.Finally,it looks forward to the prospects and challenges of collagen cross-linking modification.
