贾颖教授从风论治斑秃的临床经验

Professor Jia Ying′s clinical experience in the treatment of alopeciaareata from the perspective of wind

斑秃属于中医学“油风”的范畴,是皮肤科常见的迁延性复发性疾病。国外研究显示人群终生患病率约2%,在生活上和心理上均给患者带来极大的负面影响。临床各医家多从肝肾论治,贾颖教授根据“风为百病之长”,认为外风、内风、伏风是斑秃发病的关键病因,其病机为血热风盛,血瘀风化,血虚风燥,阴虚风动,风邪贯穿疾病始终,以此提出了“从风论治”斑秃的观点,遵循中医学整体观念,同时注重整体与局部相结合,在治疗上善用风药,善行风穴,主张内治外治相结合、借助风药走窜之性,搜风通络“,以风治风”取得了良好的临床效果,为治疗斑秃提供了新思路。

Alopeciaareata belongs to the category of“youfeng”in traditional Chinese medicine,which is a common persistent recurrent disease in dermatology.Foreign studies show that the lifetime prevalence rate of the population is about 2%,which brings great negative effects on patients in life and psychology.Clinical doctors mostly treat the disease from the liver and kidney.According to the saying“all diseases are caused by the wind”,Professor Jia Ying believes that external wind,internal wind and hidden wind are the key causes of alopeciaareata,and its pathogenesis is exuberant wind due to blood-heat,wind transformation due to blood-stasis,wind dryness due to blood-deficiency,and wind moving due to Yin deficiency.The pathogenic wind runs through the disease,and Jia Ying puts forward the view of“treating alopeciaareata from the perspective of wind”.This view follows the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine,and focuses on the combination of whole and part.In the treatment,the wind-eliminating drugs should be used and acupoints for eliminating wind should be acupunctured,which can achieve the effect of combination of internal and external treatment,and elimination of wind and dredging collaterals with the help of the wind medicine to move and disperse.“Treating wind from the perspective of wind”has achieved good clinical results and provided a new idea for the treatment of alopeciaareata.
