新时代高等教育发展路径探究

Exploration into the Development of Higher Education in the New Era

文章回顾了改革开放以来中国高等教育事业发展历程。中国高等教育事业发展大致经历了精英化、大众化和多样化三个阶段,为中国经济社会快速发展提供了坚实的人才支撑。在梳理中国高等教育40多年来取得的成就和面临的挑战的基础上,探讨了新时代中国高等教育的发展路径,提出必须坚持高等教育人才培养的社会主义方向、建设高素质的高校教师队伍、构建以本科为基础的创新型人才培养体系。

This study reviews the development process of China’s higher education since the reform and opening up.The development of China’s higher education industry has roughly gone through three stages:elitism,popularization,and diversification,which lay a solid foundation and talent guarantee for the rapid development of China’s social economy.On the basis of analyzing the achievements and difficulties in the development of higher education in China over the past 40 years,this paper analyzes the development path of strengthening higher education in the new era,and proposes the requirements to adhere to the socialist direction of talent cultivation in higher education,build a high-quality team of university teachers,and construct an innovative talent cultivation system based on undergraduate studies.
