围绕企业业务连续性管理要求,阐述中断事件的业务影响分析和风险管理,明确“中断前的未雨绸缪、中断期间的防微杜渐、中断后的亡羊补牢”,以及恢复预定产能韧性等。重点介绍最长可接受中断时间、最长可容忍中断时间、最小业务连续性目标、恢复点目标和恢复时间目标等之间的关系和实现,融合业务连续性的场景应用,有效应对各种风险和突发事件的影响。
Focusing on the requirements of enterprise business continuity management,this paper elaborates on the business impact analysis and risk management of interruption events,clarifies"preparation before interruption,prevention and mitigation during interruption,and reinforcement after interruption",as well as restoring resilience to predetermined production capacity.Focus on the relationship and implementation between the longest acceptable interruption time,the longest tolerable interruption time,the minimum business continuity objective,the recovery point objective,and the recovery time objective.Integrate business continuity scenarios to effectively respond to the impact of various risks and emergencies.
