颅内动脉瘤介入治疗患者围手术期应用阶梯式护理的效果

Effect of Perioperative Step Nursing in Patients with all Intracranial Aneurysm Interventional Therapy

目的分析颅内动脉瘤介入治疗患者围手术期应用阶梯式护理的效果。方法选取2021年12月—2022年12月我院经介入手术治疗的60例颅内动脉瘤患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组患者实施常规围手术期护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施阶梯式护理,对比分析两组颅内动脉瘤患者恢复情况、生活质量评分、焦虑、抑郁评分及并发症发生率。结果护理后,观察组恢复良好率以及生活质量评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);护理后,观察组颅内动脉瘤患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分以及并发症发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论颅内动脉瘤介入治疗患者围手术期应用阶梯式护理能有效促进患者病情恢复效果提升,改善患者不良情绪,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative stepped nursing in patients with intracranial aneurysm interventional therapy.Methods Sixty patients with intracranial aneurysms treated by interventional procedures in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)by the random number table method,and conventional perioperative nursing care was implemented in the patients of the control group,and stepped nursing care was implemented in the patients of the observation group on the basis of the control group,Recovery,quality of life scores,anxiety and depression scores,and complication rates of patients with intracranial aneurysms were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results After care,the rate of good recovery and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(both P<0.05);after care,the rates of depression self-assessment scale(SDS)and anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)scores as well as the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group in patients with intracranial aneurysms in the observation group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The perioperative application of step nursing in intracranial aneurysm interventional therapy can effectively promote the improvement of the recovery effect of patients,improve the adverse mood of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
