Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation nursing intervention in children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods A total of 106 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects. All the children were divided into the reference group(n=53)and the study group(n=53)using the random number table method. The reference group received routine nursing intervention, and the study group received PDCA circulation nursing intervention. The incidence of complications, nursing compliance, and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing compliance in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever, cough, and pulmonary rales in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PDCA circulation nursing intervention in children with bronchial pneumonia can reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing compliance, shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, and has a good prognosis.
