摘要
高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设是专业建设重要基础,是支撑教育教学改革的关键力量,打造高水平“双师型”教师队伍是加快推进职业教育现代化的基础性工作。该文通过文献研究和前期调查结果分析,归纳总结出医药卫生类高职院校存在“双师型”教学团队尚未完善、培养培训体系尚未形成、评价与激励机制改革尚未深入的问题,在此基础上构建了深化医教协同搭建团队建设平台、系统设计构建培养培训体系、双师导向建立评奖机制的“双师型”教师队伍建设路径,为医药卫生类高职院校师资队伍建设提供参考。
The construction of a“dual-qualified”faculty is an important foundation of professional development and a key force supporting the reform of education and teaching.Building a“dual-qualified”faculty is a fundamental work to accelerate the modernization of vocational education.Through literature review and based on the findings of previous study,this article analyzed the demand for teachers,technology and clinical thinking in cultivating medical and health professionals.The problems included imperfect“dual-qualified”faculty and insufficient training system and lacking of evaluation and incentive mechanisms.A path for the construction of a“dual-qualified”faculty is proposed which include deepening the collaboration between medical and educational institutions to set up a team building platform,constructing a systematic training system,and establishing a“dual-qualified”oriented evaluation and reward mechanism.
