摘要
本文旨在探讨新型改性酚醛树脂(简称“B树脂”)在铸钢生产领域的特点和使用性能。首先概述了改性酚醛树脂的技术指标和特点,包括其绿色化、高旧砂再生率和低旧砂再生成本等优势。然后研究了如何提高酚醛树脂的耐热性,包括化学和物理改性方法。在此基础上,通过与其他常用砂种的成本比较,展示了改性酚醛树脂砂在清理和模具成本方面的优越性。通过进一步分析改性酚醛树脂砂的使用性能,包括型砂强度和溃散性,发现该树脂不仅能保护金属表面,降低氧化程度,还能提高铸钢件表面质量,有效地减少刺激性气体的产生。综合以上研究结果,得出结论:改性酚醛树脂“B树脂”不含游离甲醛与苯酚,具有无毒性、环保性,在铸钢生产中实现了高度可再生率,降低了废砂排放量。
This article aims to explore the characteristics and performance of a new modified phenolic resin(referred to as"B resin")in the field of steel casting production.Firstly,the technical indicators and characteristics of modified phenolic resin were summarized,including its advantages of greening,high sand regeneration rate,and low sand regeneration cost.Then,we studied how to improve the heat resistance of phenolic resins,including chemical and physical modification methods.On this basis,the superiority of modified phenolic resin sand in cleaning and mold costs was demonstrated by comparing its cost with other commonly used sand types.Through further analysis of the performance of modified phenolic resin sand,including sand strength and collapsibility,it was found that this resin not only protects the metal surface,reduces oxidation degree,but also improves the surface quality of steel castings,effectively reducing the generation of irritating gases.Based on the above research results,it can be concluded that the modified phenolic resin"B resin"does not contain free formaldehyde and phenol,and is non-toxic and environmentally friendly.It has achieved a high renewable rate in steel casting production and reduced waste sand emissions.
